Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We currently offer the following estimated delivery timeframes within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Winnie's Boutique ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at winniesboutique48@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at winniesboutique48@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right!

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Winnie's Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
